At Katarina Tarazi we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We will only use your information to process your orders. Customer information is not shared with any third parties and credit card information is not stored with us.

DO YOU HAVE A KATARINA TARAZI STORE WHERE I CAN SEE AND TRY ON YOUR JEWELRY?

We currently only sell online but if you happen to live in Beirut, you can always come visit Katarina in her home where she can receive you and show you her beautiful creations!

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we ship our products locally as well as internationally, through DHL. Shipment fees will be calculated automatically when you proceed with the check-out. Shipping taxes may vary depending on the destination; please note that you will be in charge of these duties. Kindly refer to section ‘shipping and returns‘ for more info.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Usually an order cannot be canceled after it has been paid and already processed by our team.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Usually we process your order as soon as we receive it. It may take up to 2 working days to ship it if it is in stock. The delivery time will depend on the country of destination and the method that you chose (express or standard shipping).

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY?

As soon as you place your order and proceed to check-out, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase via email.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping will depend on the country we are delivering to and the method of shipping you selected at check out! You can choose between standard delivery and express delivery depending on your needs.

HOW TO TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check your order status and ETA.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM IN MY ORDER?

As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us on info@katarinatarazi.com so we can get this sorted for you in no time!

CAN I CUSTOMIZE A JEWELRY PIECE? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Yes of course! You can check out our Bespoke page on the website to have an idea about what we do and get in touch with us for a private appointment with the designer to get your creation to life!

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES UPON RECEPTION OF MY ORDER?

Yes, taxes and duties are generally paid by the client himself as we have no control in advance on the taxes fixed by the customs at the border.
