Returns & Refunds
At Katarina Tarazi, our main value is to keep our clients satisfied. If for some reason you are not happy with your order you may return your purchase for a refund within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
You may also request a return for a store credit in our store that will be valid for a period of one year.
To make a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization #. Please make sure to include the reason for your return. Returns that did not receive an RA # may not be accepted and will in that case be returned to the sender.
Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by DHL, ARAMEX OR FEDEX. It is also recommended that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise and be assigned a package tracking number.
Returns must be in unused condition and includeall original packaging including cards/tags, and boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records as well as our company branded printouts for future purchases. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.
Please note that All SALE, Personalized Orders and Custom Pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of the client to check the product upon its arrival to make sure it is in good condition. If a defect is found, please contact us right away so that we can assist you with the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund.
Taxes & Duties
All International orders that do not include free shipping will be sent by International Mail for a fee that will vary depending on the country shipped to. Any taxes and/or duties due upon international delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Most in-stock items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days and will arrive within 2 – 3 business days after shipment. In the case that an item is out of stock, you will be notified. Sometimes we produce the pieces only when the item is ordered, if this is the case please allow for extra time on delivery. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order is available.
Bespoke Orders may take 2 to 6 Weeks To Ship. If you order other items in addition to a made to order or personalized item, they will all ship together.
For the “Design your Own” / Customized pieces, time for production will be up to 10 days working days.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.
KT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the delivery is confirmed with a tracking number. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address, or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
